We are pleased to be finally opening the new transfer station this Saturday, December 19th. The old bin will be moved over to the new site on Saturday morning, and we will tape off the old ramp and put up a sign directing people to the new site.
The hours of operation are:
Saturday: 12pm-5pm
Sunday: 9am-2pm
Monday: 9am-2pm
Closed Tuesday-Friday
Disposal Fees:
- 1 free garbage bag/week, additional bags $2 each
- FREE unlimited blue bag recycling, organics (food scraps) disposal
- Large items like furniture and construction waste should be taken to a landfill – Chilliwack or Mission
There have been a lot of moving parts with this project, so my apologies if this seems like late notice!
