The purpose of Bylaw #1619, 2020 is to amend Schedule C in Zoning Bylaw 100, restricting Temporary Tourist Accommodation in areas identified as being in the ‘Blue Zone’ in the 2020 Dynamic Avalanche Consulting Ltd. Hemlock Valley Snow Avalanche Assessment.
